We are asking for donations of gently used stuffed animals, toys and other small items that can be used as prizes for this popular game!
Donations can be dropped off at the Car Rider Door through the end of the year, or at the School Office during Summer Hours. You can also leave donations in the Church library.
This game has always been a big hit with our young festival-goers. Thanks to School and Parish Family donations, it is a profitable part of our Festival! Please help this tradition continue!
We are very excited about the Annual Festival Basket Raffle! The baskets at last year’s Festival were amazing – with many unique themes there was something for everyone! It is a great way for the School and Parish to come together and share in this tradition. This year we are hoping to raffle 80 baskets this year. It is so much fun to do this as a family. Decide on a ‘theme’ and watch it take off…the possibilities are endless!
PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTACH A CARD WITH YOUR FAMILY NAME TO THE BASKET!! In order to properly plan for space allocation and layout, we would like to get an idea of how many baskets we should anticipate. If you plan to donate a basket, please complete the form below and return it by June 7. Too busy? That’s fine, we will accept gift cards as donations as well.
We are asking for donations of 2 liter bottles of soda. Any flavor or variety is appreciated!
Bottles can be left at the car-rider doors through the end of the school year, the School Office, or in the rear of the Church.
*Note that School Office Hours will change in the Summer!
Dishes, Glasses, Bowls, Vases and Mugs are needed for the return of the popular GLASS PITCH GAME!
Donations can be left inside the car rider doors until the end of the school year, at the School Office, or in the rear of Church.
* Note that School Office Hours will change during the Summer.
Monday, August 27 is the 1st day of school. Please keep the 2018 – 2019 calendar handy.
With this being our last newsletter of the school year, our minds and hearts are filled to the brim. It’s been a fantastic year! Together, we’ve learned much and shared experiences that will remain with us for years to come. The strength of our community and wholehearted passion make our school an outstanding place of education, religion and friendships. This is what makes HTS truly a special place.
Special thanks to all of you who have contributed in small, large and unimaginable ways! Every one who chaired an event or fundraiser, coached our children and volunteered in any way it is appreciated. Thanks for sharing your time, talents, and treasures. You have supported our work in countless ways and provided resources that have allowed us to do many extra activities. So as the end of the 2017-2018 school year is in sight, please help your children to finish strong. Our students have worked diligently throughout the year to strive for academic excellence and we all want them to end the year strong. The last day of school will be here before we know it and I want to remind you to read with your children and take time to review math concepts over the summer.READ MORE
